Immediate Needs Assessment (INA) Reports
In the majority of cases we are instructed to proceed with our recommendations. Following this we ensure each client is provided with an efficient priority appointment service to get their rehabilitation underway as soon as possible. A full INA Report providing full reasoning behind our prosthetic, orthotic and/or rehabilitation recommendations, including a detailed quotation, is prepared within two weeks of your client’s assessment.
Report usage
Immediate Needs Reports produced at Dorset Orthopaedic are not for use in the litigation process and are purely used to help identify the patients immediate and long term mobility needs.
These reports also indicate projects costs for the lifetime of the patient.
