Transtibial Exercise Level 3
After you’ve worked on your core stability and then joint stability it’s time to put them to the test.
Level 3 is meant to challenge your new found strength and stability by adding longer levers, more complex elements and more global movements. Most muscles at any one time are either stabilising a joint or moving a joint. We start off with working on mainly stabilisers because without these poor posture, bad habits and injury occur.
Once the stabilisers are active you can start adding bigger, harder movements to challenge them whilst strengthening those bigger moving muscles.
