Legal support

Every year, many individuals lose limbs through accident or negligence. Having helped over 19,000 individuals on the road to recovery, we understand that quality of life for amputees is directly linked to the quality of prosthetic care. For most amputees, ensuring that they can afford the on-going level of care they need is one of their primary concerns.

legal support

As experts in limb loss and injury issues, we have helped many individuals through the provision of expert witness reports to support claims for compensation and legal support. Working with personal injury lawyers or case managers, we have considerable experience in preparing expert legal reports that can be used to assist the Court with calculating what you may be entitled to, following an accident or negligence.

Our clinical team provides both prosthetic and orthotic reports that cover individual needs, aims and expectations, along with a full justification for the type of support that may be required along with future costs. Our expertise and reputation offer the best chance for a successful financial outcome and of course, the quickest rehabilitation.

Based on a successful outcome, interim payments can ease immediate burdens on individuals and families.

While our specialist legal team will prepare your reports and liaise with law firms, our offering goes far beyond dealing with the letter of the law. During your legal action or once we’ve helped settle your claim, we can deliver market leading prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation that ensures you can look to the future with confidence.
