Paralympian visits local school
PARALYMPIC medal-hopeful Rob Richardson popped into Buckden Primary School on July 10 as part of the school’s Olympic project.
The captain of the men’s sitting volleyball team had just returned from training in Croatia.
Community Matters Leader, Joy Castell-Evans, told The Hunts Post: “The children are very keen to follow the British Paralympic team and it would be so fantastic if Rob won a medal.”
Mr Richardson has vowed to return to the school after the Olympics to share his experiences of London 2012 with the children.
