Another chance to see Tilley's story on the BBC Inside Out England programme which is being aired at 7.30pm on BBC1, Weds 25th March.
Tilly Lockey is three years old and has lost both hands as a result of meningococcal septicaemia. Inside Out arranged for Heather Mills to meet Tilly as she prepares to receive her first pair of artificial hands.
